All our LED neon signs are handmade, and will be made to order only, and shipped accordingly!
We strive to deliver the best work and satisfaction to all our customers. So if you experience a short delay, please understand that it's to ensure that our craft is perfect before we ship it off.
Production
  • Once we receive your order, it is automatically queued for production
  • Delays may occur for orders placed on holidays or weekends.
  • Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above, provided that they have been processed.
  • We will notify you of any shipping or processing delays on your order as soon as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY 

  • As much as we love to offer next day delivery, it will be physically impossible to finish your sign and have it shipped within one day. We can expedite production and shipping, with delivery times as little as 5 days. Email us about any urgent requests.

TRACKING 

  • We update tracking information as soon as we print the label for the order. You'll receive an email once that's updated.

LOST PACKAGE? 

  • If you haven't received your product within the estimated time, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue! You can reach us by email at contact@neonsignature.com.
  • If your product says that it has been delivered but you have not received it please contact us and we will help you in any way possible.

MORE INFORMATION 

  • Since orders frequently get held up in Customs, please allow some extra time for International Orders. This is up to each individual country's government and is no fault of ours or the shipping company.
  • We refrain from issuing refunds on orders in transit. We will happily help for any post delivery support.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for Custom LED Neon sales unless there are defects from our end.
  • Our handmade products are of the highest quality and take time to produce.
