• Size Options - Our signs range in 3 to 4 sizes. We can make larger sizes upon request!

• Easy To Hang - Incredibly easy to hang with the pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing and the screws that are included. The average hanging time is 10 minutes. If you don't want to use screws, our signs that are below 40 inches are usually light enough that you can use 3M strips to hang them!

• Safe Delivery Guaranteed - We ship all our orders with premium bubble wrapping for a safe delivery. Somehow our couriers damaged your sign? No problem, just let us know and we'll happily send you a new one.
• Hand Made - Every piece is hand made by our artists and will be shipped to you within 5-7 days from either one of our 2 manufacturing centers in Canada or Asia. Please note that since each piece is handmade, there may be a very small variance between what you see in our images and what you receive.
• Outdoor/Indoor Options - Not all our signs have this option by standard, but when you choose outdoor, we will weatherproof your sign to the best of our ability so it will be impenetrable to rain and snow. We will also send the appropriate power adapter depending on the use case.
• Board Styles - Most of our designed neon signs have an acrylic board cut to shape, which essentially is a back board that follows the edges of the sign This is the most popular option. We do offer cut to square/rectangle which creates a more classic look.

• Once we receive your order, it is automatically queued for production
• Delays may occur for orders placed on holidays or weekends.
• Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above, provided that they have been processed.
• We will notify you of any shipping or processing delays on your order as soon as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY 

• As much as we love to offer next day delivery, it will be physically impossible to finish your sign and have it shipped within one day. We can expedite production and shipping, with delivery times as little as 5 days. Email us about any urgent requests.

TRACKING 

• We update tracking information as soon as we print the label for the order. You'll receive an email once that's updated.

LOST PACKAGE? 

• If you haven't received your product within the estimated time, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue! You can reach us by email at contact@neonsignature.com.
• If your product says that it has been delivered but you have not received it please contact us and we will help you in any way possible.

MORE INFORMATION 

• Since orders frequently get held up in Customs, please allow some extra time for International Orders. This is up to each individual country's government and is no fault of ours or the shipping company.
• We refrain from issuing refunds on orders in transit. We will happily help for any post delivery support.
